Over a decade in the making, this traditional bitter was brewed with our great friend Jim Cibak and the Revolution Brewing crew…featuring malts from the renowned Yorkshire maltsters Thomas Fawcett and Sons along with Brambling Cross and East Kent Golding hops harvested last fall in the UK...summon the queen (ween)
Blonde Ale - 4.5%
A blend of base malts from Sugar Creek Malt Co, with a touch of crystal malt form a buoyant foundation for MI grown El Dorado to express notes of cantaloupe, grass, and bitter orange pith…swim all day, in the warm sunlight//lay on our backs, and watch the stars at night (bonnie “prince” billy)
American Pale Ale - 5.6%
a clean and comfortable american pale ale highlighting the bitter citrus and resin of Washington State grown Chinook and HBC 630…rolling up, and feeling good//sun beats through in my neighborhood (pacific range)

A laid back coastal hop load of Columbus, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, and Cascade brings the pacific dank to this San Diego inspired pale ale... hang on for the ride//I think I feel a change of tide (the growlers)
Pilsner - 5.1%
Indiana Pilsner and Vienna malts along with Perle hops from the Tettnang and Hersbrucker from the Hallertau…soft maltiness with elevated floral notes…and when I walk the streets//kings and queens step aside (george thorogood)
Soccer Beer - 4.5%
Brewed for the 2026 World Cup, this English inspired pale ale features Indiana malted barley and rye, English hops in the kettle, and Washington State grown Centennial on the cold side…a beautiful beer for the beautiful game…ole ole ole ole
