Indiana Pilsner and Vienna malts along with Tettnanger hops from the Tettnang and Hersbrucker hops from the Hallertau…soft maltiness with elevated floral notes…and when I walk the streets//kings and queens step aside (george thorogood)
New Zealand Pale Ale - 5.4%
Riwaka and Motueka hops grown in the Moutere Valley bring exotic notes of passionfruit and lime zest to this ode to the land of the long white cloud…and grab provisions, there’s nothing for a hundred miles (kevin morby)
Hefeweizen - 4.6%
A traditional Bavarian wheat beer yeast supplied by Chicago's Omega Yeast delivers the expected banana, bubblegum, and clove, while malted wheat from Sugar Creek provides pillowy softness and rustic edges…all I need’s a mountain stream (angela autumn)
IPA - 6%
A small addition of crystal malt combined with a classic PNW hop bill of Cascade, Chinook, Centennial, and Columbus evokes the chewy, resinous IPA’s of years past…there’s a feeling I get when I look to the west (led zeppelin)

A blend of pilsner and malted wheat with a touch of crystal wheat from Indiana's Sugar Creek Malt Co form a pillowy foundation for Vista and Zuper Saazer hops to layer in subtle orange and lemon zest…swim all day, in the warm sunlight//lay on our backs, and watch the stars at night (bonnie “prince” billy)
